Newsletter Subscription Agreement

1. Consent to Receive Emails

By subscribing to the MORSETA newsletter, you consent to receiving email notifications regarding new projects, articles, and videos added to this archive. Emails are sent weekly or biweekly. We will not send more frequently than once per week under normal circumstances.

2. Your Information

The information you provide (email address, and optionally your name and profession) is stored securely and used solely for the purpose of delivering newsletter notifications. Your data is never sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties.

3. Unsubscribe

You can unsubscribe at any time. Every email includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Clicking it will immediately remove your email from our records and stop all future transmissions.

4. Data Storage

Your subscription data is stored in a secure database with row-level security. Only the site administrator can access subscriber records. Public visitors cannot read, modify, or delete your information.

5. No Spam

MORSETA sends only content-related notifications about new archive entries. We do not send promotional material, advertisements, or unrelated content. If we ever change this policy, we will notify all existing subscribers before doing so.

6. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Any material changes will be communicated to existing subscribers via email before they take effect.
